Wholesale Policy
At Arabigo Coffee Roastery, we are committed to providing our wholesale partners with exceptional coffee beans and reliable service. However, due to the seasonal nature of coffee production and market volatility, certain conditions apply to our wholesale agreements. Please carefully read the policy below before entering into a wholesale arrangement with us.
1. Eligibility for Wholesale
Wholesale partnerships are available to businesses such as cafes, restaurants, retailers, and specialty shops. To apply, please provide your business details, including your company name, location, and TIN, if applicable.
2. Minimum Order Quantity
Wholesale orders require a minimum purchase amount to qualify for wholesale pricing. The specific minimums will be communicated during the onboarding process and may vary depending on the coffee product or equipment ordered.
3. Seasonal Availability
Coffee beans are a seasonal agricultural product, and their availability may fluctuate throughout the year based on harvest cycles and sourcing regions. We make every effort to ensure a steady supply of beans, but there may be times when specific coffee varieties or origins are limited or unavailable.
Advance Notice: We will provide advance notice of any potential shortages or supply issues whenever possible.
Seasonal Offerings: We offer seasonal coffee varieties as they become available. These offerings may be subject to limited stock and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
4. Price Volatility
The global coffee market is subject to frequent fluctuations in price due to various factors, including changes in coffee harvests, global supply chain disruptions, currency exchange rates, and environmental conditions. As a result, our wholesale prices may vary during the year.
Price Adjustments: We reserve the right to adjust our wholesale prices based on market conditions. Any price changes will be communicated in advance, and we will strive to provide reasonable notice of these changes.
Price Lock-in: In some cases, we may offer price lock-ins for certain periods, subject to agreement and volume commitments.
5. Payment Terms
Our standard payment terms for wholesale orders are as follows:
New Partners: For first-time wholesale partners, full payment is required upfront before shipping the order.
Ongoing Partners: For established wholesale partners, we may extend payment terms on a case-by-case basis, typically Net 7 or Net 14, depending on the volume and frequency of orders.
Late Payments: Payments not received within the agreed-upon terms may result in delays in fulfilling future orders or suspension of the wholesale account.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Wholesale orders are typically shipped within 3-7 business days after payment is confirmed, depending on the size of the order and the availability of coffee beans.
Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
7. Quality and Freshness
We roast all our coffee beans to order, ensuring freshness for our wholesale partners. However, due to the perishability of coffee, we recommend purchasing quantities that can be sold within a reasonable time frame to maintain product quality.
Freshness Guarantee: We guarantee the freshness of our coffee beans at the time of delivery. Coffee beans should be stored in a cool, dry place and consumed within 6-8 weeks of roasting for optimal flavor.
8. Returns and Refunds
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for wholesale coffee orders due to the perishable nature of the product. If there is an issue with the quality or condition of the coffee upon receipt, please notify us within 48 hours, and we will work with you to resolve the issue, including offering a replacement if necessary.
For equipment, returns will be handled in accordance with our Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy.
9. Custom Orders and Private Labeling
We offer custom roasting profiles and private-label options for wholesale partners interested in developing their unique coffee blends. Please contact us to discuss custom orders, which may require additional lead time and volume commitments.

11. Force Majeure
In cases of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political instability, or global supply chain disruptions, Arabigo Coffee Roastery reserves the right to delay or cancel orders without liability. We will communicate any such issues to our wholesale partners as soon as possible.
