Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
At Arabigo Coffee Roastery, we strive to provide high-quality coffee beans and coffee-related equipment and supplies. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want to ensure you have a smooth experience when making a purchase from our store. Please read our return, refund, and exchange policies carefully to understand the guidelines for your orders.
1. Returns Policy
Coffee Beans: Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns on coffee beans once they have been opened or used. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the coffee beans upon receiving them, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to discuss possible solutions.
Coffee Equipment and Supplies: We accept returns on unused and unopened coffee equipment and supplies in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in resalable condition with all accessories, manuals, and packaging intact.
Exceptions: Custom or special-order items, as well as clearance or sale items, are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
2. Refunds Policy
Coffee Beans: As mentioned, we do not offer refunds for coffee beans unless there is a quality issue upon receiving your order. If a quality issue is confirmed, we may issue a refund or offer a replacement at our discretion.
Coffee Equipment and Supplies: Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet the return conditions. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or damaged upon receipt.
3. Exchanges Policy
Coffee Beans: We do not offer exchanges for coffee beans, but if you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days for assistance.
Coffee Equipment and Supplies: If you wish to exchange an item for a different model or type, you may do so as long as the item is unused, unopened, and returned within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for any price differences and additional shipping costs.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item (whether coffee beans or equipment/supplies), please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will require photos or other proof of the damage, and once verified, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs, depending on the situation.
5. How to Initiate a Return, Refund, or Exchange
To initiate a return, refund, or exchange, please contact our customer service team at arabigocoffeeph@gmail.com. Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if necessary. We will guide you through the next steps.
6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your protection. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
