At Arabigo Coffee Roastery, we are committed to delivering the highest quality coffee to our customers. Each batch of coffee undergoes a meticulous double-sorting process to remove defects and foreign materials such as stones, sticks, and other debris. We take great care to ensure that the coffee beans we provide meet our strict quality standards.
However, due to the natural environment in which coffee is grown and processed, there is a small possibility that foreign materials may occasionally end up in the final product despite our best efforts. These foreign materials are a rare occurrence, and we continuously strive to minimize their presence.
By purchasing from Arabigo Coffee Roastery, customers acknowledge and understand the following:
1. Quality Control: We employ a thorough sorting process designed to identify and remove any defects or foreign materials from our coffee beans. However, no sorting process can guarantee the complete removal of all foreign materials.
2. Customer Responsibility: We encourage all customers to inspect the coffee beans before use and to take appropriate precautions when grinding or brewing the beans.
3. Liability: Arabigo Coffee Roastery will not be held liable for any foreign material found in the coffee after purchase. While we implement industry-leading sorting practices, customers understand that there is an inherent risk of such occurrences.
4. Customer Support: Should you encounter any issues or have concerns regarding foreign materials in your order, please reach out to our customer service team. We will be happy to assist with any concerns or provide a replacement if deemed necessary.
By placing an order, customers agree to these terms and release Arabigo Coffee Roastery from liability in the unlikely event of foreign material being present in their purchased coffee.
